Join us for a one-night-only celebration of winter truffle season in Fleurette's intimate Matisse Room, featuring two of the world's most prized seasonal ingredients: French Black Périgord truffles and Italian White Alba truffles.

Chef Travis Swikard will curate a five-course menu celebrating the distinct flavors of these extraordinary truffles, thoughtfully paired with an exceptional selection of wines from our cellar, including Champagne and rare magnums of Barolo.
